London: Louay Al-Alawi, head of the media office of former Prime Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari, has denied the news circulating on social media regarding al-Jaafari's death in the British capital. Al-Alawi emphasized that this "news is completely false," without providing further details about al-Jaafari's health condition.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Alawi issued a brief statement, asserting, "Dr. Ibrahim al-Jaafari is fine, and the news circulated by some pages is completely untrue." He urged the media to exercise caution and not to be swayed by rumors that are published without an official source.
