Kirkuk:Baghdad The Iraqi Counter-Terrorism Service (ICTS) has successfully captured a notorious suspect affiliated with ISIS gangs in the Kirkuk Governorate.

According to Iraqi News Agency, the ICTS announced that the arrest was part of their ongoing efforts to pursue remnants of the terrorist ISIS gangs and track down their members. The operation was executed based on a prior arrest warrant issued by the investigative judge responsible for Counter-Terrorism Service cases, with all necessary legal procedures being followed.
