Kirkuk: The Iraqi Counter-Terrorism Service (ICTS) on Sunday expressed deep sorrow over the martyrdom of Lieutenant Hassan Khudhair, who lost his life during confrontations with ISIS terrorist groups in Kirkuk.

According to Iraqi News Agency, ICTS Commander Karim al-Tamimi released a statement mourning the loss of First Lieutenant Hassan Khudhair Zughair, acknowledging his sacrifice in defending Iraq. Commander al-Tamimi conveyed his condolences to the Iraqi people, recognizing Lieutenant Khudhair's contribution to the nation's security and his ultimate sacrifice in the fight against ISIS militants in Kirkuk province.
