Baghdad: A person was arrested for broadcasting videos inciting hatred and threatening community peace in the Karkh district. Al-Karkh Police Command forces apprehended the individual, who was also accused of insulting religious symbols and security services.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Command issued a statement highlighting the operation’s success. Within the framework of protecting civil peace and religious and national values, a force from the Ghazaliya Police Station, supported by a joint task force from the Karkh Rescue and Intelligence Departments, conducted a well-planned ambush. This operation resulted in the arrest of the individual responsible for broadcasting inflammatory content.

The Command has urged all citizens to act as partners in maintaining security by reporting any behavior that threatens the unity and safety of society.
