Baghdad: The Iraqi National Security Service (INSS) announced the arrest of the killer of a retired brigadier general and his wife in Baghdad. The arrest follows a tragic incident that occurred in the Cairo neighborhood, northeast of Baghdad, where the couple was attacked in their home.
