The Commission stated in a statement that its efforts resulted in the extradition of the convict (Luqman Muhammad Suleiman) from the Turkish authorities, indicating that he – when he was working as a “medical officer” in the Medical Affairs Directorate of the Ministry of Interior – took sums of money from some people in exchange for promises to appoint them in the Ministry of Interior.
