Baghdad The Federal Integrity Commission announced the issuance of summon orders against the former Head of Tikrit University and more than (20) officials and deans of faculties at the university.

The Commission’s Investigation Department reported that the Salah al-Din Investigation Court, which specializes in integrity issues, decided to bring in the former Head of Tikrit University and his assistant for administrative affairs, as well as (22) faculty deans (current and former) at the university.

The Department added that the summons order came after the accused violated the instructions and controls contained in Cabinet Resolution No. 315 of 2019 regarding the employment of daily wage earners, contracts and lecturers.

It explained that the Salah al-Din Investigation Court, which is specialized in integrity issues, issued the summons order; based on the provisions of Article (331) of the Penal Code.
