Integrity Commission Uncovers Forgery in Anbar Pension Files

Anbar: The Federal Integrity Commission has uncovered cases of manipulation and forgery in several pension files within the Victims of Terrorism Department of the Anbar Pension Directorate.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Commission's statement highlighted that a team from the Anbar Investigation Office visited the Pension Directorate in the province and seized a number of manipulated pension files. The statement further noted that some of these files were already in the possession of the office, while another set was sent to the committee established by the Diwani Order. It also revealed that two files were missing from the records.

The Commission added that an investigative committee, formed by an administrative order from the Investigations Department, identified the negligence of five employees. The investigation is ongoing, and the operation was conducted based on a warrant issued by the judge of the specialized integrity court in Anbar. The aim is to take legal action against those responsible and assess the damage to public funds.
