Anbar: Federal Intelligence and Investigation Agency detachments in Anbar Governorate have successfully seized more than 20 weapons and arrested the individual in possession of them.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the seizure was conducted following proactive intelligence gathered by the Agency's team specialized in combating organized crime in the region. The intelligence indicated that a suspect was holding over 20 weapons inside his vehicle with the intention of selling them within the governorate. Subsequently, an intelligence team was formed to identify the suspect.

The Agency reported that through intensified intelligence efforts, the suspect was apprehended, and the weapons along with the vehicle were confiscated. During the investigation, the suspect admitted to engaging in the trade of weapons for the purpose of financial gain.
