Baghdad: The General Directorate of Intelligence announced the arrest of four drug dealers in the capital, Baghdad.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Directorate released a statement detailing the successful operation conducted by its detachments, which are affiliated with the General Directorate of Intelligence and Security at the Ministry of Defense. These forces apprehended the individuals red-handed in various areas of Baghdad. The arrests were made under judicial warrants issued in accordance with the provisions of Article (28) of the Narcotics Law.

The statement further elaborated that the accused have been duly handed over to the competent authorities for further legal proceedings.
