Tehran: Iran announced the gradual resumption of flights across the country starting today, Wednesday. Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Fatemeh Mohajerani stated, “Flights will gradually resume starting today from safer areas.”

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Iranian announcement came about 33 hours after the ceasefire with Israel went into effect. The latest data on flight tracking websites showed the airspace of Syria, Iraq, and Iran almost completely clear of flights, pending a clearer picture of the situation in the region and confirmation of the stability of the military situation.
