Tehran: Tehran affirmed on Sunday that its response to the recent Israeli attacks will not cease, stressing that the confrontation with Israel will continue until complete deterrence is achieved. Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei stated, “The Zionist attack on our nuclear facilities and military sites will not go unpunished,” noting that “the end of this story will be written by our own hands.”

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Khamenei added that Iranian forces are on constant alert, and military operations will continue as required by national interests and strategic deterrence. The remarks came amid escalating tensions following attacks attributed to Israel.

For its part, the Iranian Foreign Ministry has called for an emergency session of the UN Security Council, considering the Zionist attack a “flagrant violation of international law” and an “act of international terrorism.”

Tehran affirmed that its response options remain open and that it will not allow such attacks to be repeated without a firm response, warning against crossing what it described as the “point of no return.”
