Washington: Iran’s delegation will be able to attend the UN General Assembly meetings. The US State Department announced on Thursday that an Iranian delegation will be allowed to attend the UN General Assembly meetings in New York next week.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a spokesperson for the department stated that the delegation will be subject to travel restrictions and will be prohibited from purchasing luxury goods and other items, in accordance with US policy. The spokesperson also noted that the delegation is smaller than last year’s.
