Tehran: Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi announced that Iran will prepare the ground for a return to diplomacy and negotiations if the Israeli aggression stops. In a press statement, Araqchi emphasized the need for cessation of hostilities as a precondition for diplomatic engagement.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Iranian Foreign Minister criticized Washington and European countries for their support of Israeli actions, describing it as a historic mistake with significant global repercussions. Araqchi expressed hope that the upcoming meeting of the International Atomic Energy Agency’s governors would denounce the attacks on Iran’s nuclear facilities.

He further stressed that the failure to condemn Israel’s actions against Iranian nuclear sites serves to encourage further aggression. Araqchi accused the United States and European nations of blocking the UN Security Council from taking measures against what he termed as Israeli aggression.
