Iranian Foreign Minister Meets Saudi Crown Prince in Jeddah

Jeddah: Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman met with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi and his accompanying delegation at Al-Salam Palace in Jeddah on Tuesday. The meeting focused on bilateral relations between the two nations, regional developments, and efforts to address these issues.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Saudi Crown Prince emphasized the Kingdom's hope that the ceasefire agreement would enhance security and stability in the region. He reiterated Saudi Arabia's commitment to supporting diplomatic dialogue as a means of resolving disputes.

The Iranian Foreign Minister expressed his gratitude to Saudi Arabia for its stance on the Israeli aggression, acknowledging the Saudi Crown Prince's efforts in supporting regional stability. The meeting was attended by key Saudi officials, including Defense Minister Prince Khalid bin Salman, Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan, and Minister of State and National Security Advisor Musaed Al-Aiban.

Araqchi arrived in Saudi Arabia for this official visit earlier in the evening, marking a significant moment in the ongoing diplomatic dialogue between the two countries.
