Tehran: The commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards, General Hossein Salami, has asserted that the United States employed all possible means to undermine the Iranian populace but ultimately fell short. Speaking in Tehran on the National Day of Combating Global Arrogance, Salami emphasized the resilience of the Iranian people in the face of external pressures. According to National Iraqi News Agency, Salami highlighted the role of a small group of committed individuals in Gaza, expressing confidence that they will triumph over both America and the Zionist entity, which he believes cannot endure solely through military strength. He pointed to the coalition formed by the U.S. and Western nations against Gaza, yet noted the emergence of new hope among its people, claiming that the Zionist soldiers are now entrenched on the borders of Gaza and Lebanon. Salami further criticized the political actions of Zionist officials, stating that their failure leads them to breach international norms and agreements. He emphasized the Iranian strategy of countering their adversaries with powerful blows and standing firm against what he termed satanic forces. He concluded by affirming Iran's determination to defeat its enemies, promising that their resolve will be demonstrated in future confrontations.
