Abu Dhabi:The Iranian Revolutionary Guard Navy has reported targeting a ship carrying gas on Friday. The incident occurred as the ship attempted to navigate what the Navy described as an illegal route south of the Strait of Hormuz.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, The Navy’s statement indicated that the strike resulted in a significant fire in the ship’s engine room.
