Iranian Security Operation Targets Netanyahu’s Social Media Aide

Tehran: Iranian media reported that the authorities succeeded in a special security operation that resulted in the arrest of the administrator of Netanyahu’s Persian-language social media account and his transfer to Iran.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the account was fully controlled by Iranian security services, which began managing it and publishing content aimed at exposing what they described as “Israeli lies” and influencing Iranian and foreign public opinion.

This operation comes within the framework of Iran’s ongoing efforts to counter Israeli media campaigns on social media platforms and strengthen its control over information circulating among the Persian-speaking public.

No official statements have yet been issued from the Israeli side regarding the incident, while Israeli security services are monitoring developments.

This move reflects the escalating cyber conflict between Iran and Israel, as the two countries exchange cyber hacking operations and propaganda campaigns aimed at influencing public opinion and each other’s domestic policies.
