Erbil: Irans Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced that it had launched drone and missile strikes targeting US bases in Erbil, located in Iraq’s autonomous Kurdistan region.

According to Deutsche Welle, state-run IRNA reported that the IRGC claimed a “coordinated missile and drone attack” had been executed, resulting in the destruction of a maintenance facility, warehouses, and the “guidance system of a US surveillance aerostat.”

The claims made by the IRGC have yet to be independently verified, and the US military has not issued any comments regarding the reported attacks.
