Baghdad: The Ministry of Health announced Iraqi-Emirati cooperation on strategic health projects to develop the health sector.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Health Minister Saleh Mahdi Al-Hasnawi met with the UAE Ambassador to Iraq, Abdullah Matar Al-Mazrouei, and his delegation at the Ministry headquarters. The meeting was attended by the Ministry's Technical and Administrative Undersecretaries, several Directors General, and the Director General of Baghdad's Rusafa Health Directorate.

The discussions focused on the construction phases of Sheikh Zayed Hospital in Baghdad, reviewing the progress of demolition and construction work. Both parties emphasized the importance of completing the project according to the highest quality standards to ensure the provision of advanced medical services and high operational efficiency.
