Baghdad: Speaker of Parliament Haybat al-Halbousi engaged in discussions on bilateral relations, as well as regional and international developments, with his UAE counterpart, Saqr Ghobash, on Thursday.

According to Iraqi News Agency, Al-Halbousi received a phone call from the Speaker of the UAE Federal National Council, Saqr Ghobash. The conversation focused on enhancing parliamentary cooperation and coordination between Iraq and the UAE.

The dialogue also addressed regional and international developments, along with various issues of mutual interest, underscoring the importance of collaboration between the two countries.
