Iraq: The U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) announced on Sunday that Iraq ranked second among the largest crude oil exporters to the United States last week. According to National Iraqi News Agency, the EIA's latest data indicated that U.S. crude oil imports from nine major suppliers averaged 4.877 million barrels per day, marking a decrease of 815,000 barrels per day compared to the previous week's 5.692 million barrels per day. The report revealed that Iraq's oil exports to the United States climbed to 435,000 barrels per day, an increase of 149,000 barrels per day from the previous week's 378,000 barrels per day, placing Iraq in second position among the top suppliers. The administration noted that Canada topped the list of exporters to the U.S., followed by Saudi Arabia, Brazil, and Mexico. Meanwhile, the U.S. continued its usual import levels from Venezuela, Libya, Ecuador, and Nigeria, while no crude was imported from Colombia during the same period.
