New York: Iraq’s representative to the United Nations, Abbas Kazim Obaid, affirmed Iraq’s rejection of the Zionist entity’s violation of Iraqi airspace and stated that Iraq will not accept being an arena for settling scores.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Iraqi representative emphasized the nation’s firm stance on exercising the right of self-defense until the end of the Zionist aggression. In his address to the UN Security Council, he condemned the Zionist attacks against Iran and the violation of the sovereignty of states.

Abbas Kazim Obaid further urged the international community to take measures to spare the region from a catastrophic war, highlighting the importance of maintaining regional stability and safeguarding national sovereignty.
