Baghdad: During a meeting with the Palestinian Ambassador to Iraq, Deputy Speaker of Parliament Farhad Amin Al-Atroushi affirmed Iraq's continued support for the Palestinian cause, both from the government and the people. Al-Atroushi emphasized Iraq's commitment to backing efforts aimed at enabling the Palestinian people to achieve their legitimate rights.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Al-Atroushi also highlighted the importance of activating parliamentary friendship committees and exploring avenues to enhance bilateral relations between Iraq and Palestine. The meeting underscored Iraq's unwavering support and solidarity with the Palestinian people.

Palestinian Ambassador Samar Abdul Rahman Awadallah expressed her gratitude for Iraq's steadfast support for the State of Palestine and its people. The discussion between the two officials focused on strengthening ties and reaffirming mutual cooperation in pursuit of shared goals.
