Baghdad: The Ministry of Defense announced the graduation of an Iraqi Colonel Pilot from the British Royal College with a Degree in Strategic Studies and International Security.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Ministry stated in a statement: “In a new achievement added to Iraq’s record in international academic and military forums, Colonel Pilot Mustafa Saad Shukr al-Hankawi graduated from the British Royal College of Defence Studies (RCDS).”

It added: “Al-Hankawi obtained a Master’s degree in Strategic Studies and International Security from King’s College London, as part of an international program that included participants from more than 50 countries.”

This graduation is part of an international program aimed at enhancing strategic thinking and understanding security and political challenges from an international perspective, thus enhancing the capabilities of Iraqi competencies in this vital field.
