Baghdad: The results of the manual recount of ballots for the 23rd session of the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate elections, which concluded Saturday afternoon, revealed the following results for candidates for membership in the Monitoring and Disciplinary Committees.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, for the Monitoring Committee, Kadhim Taklif received 924 votes, Ziad Tariq Harb received 641 votes, and Samira Jiyad received 506 votes. In the election for the Disciplinary Committee, Firas Ghadhban secured 861 votes, Hanaa Jabbar gained 576 votes, and Karim Kalash obtained 404 votes.
