Baghdad:Tomorrow, the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate is set to organize a workshop focusing on media legislation and legal protection at its headquarters. The event aims to enhance the capabilities and skills of journalists and media professionals.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the workshop will be presented by legal journalist Rahim Al-Shammari. It will feature a review of laws, judicial decisions, and guidelines from the Federal Court of Cassation. Additionally, there will be discussions on orders from the Supreme Judicial Council regarding the handling of press-related cases.

The workshop will also provide clarification on safe pathways for journalistic work, aiming to help journalists avoid legal repercussions while adhering to professional standards.
