Baghdad: The Iraqi Parliament decided today to adjourn its session until next Tuesday.

According to Iraqi News Agency, the Parliament's Media Office announced that the session was adjourned following the completion of several legislative tasks. These tasks included the first reading of the proposed Juvenile Welfare Law and the first reading of the proposed second amendment to the Mukhtars Law No. (13) of 2011. Additionally, the Parliament finalized the report and discussion of the proposed twenty-second amendment to the Cadre Law No. (25) of 1960.

The Parliament's Media Office emphasized that after handling these legislative activities, the decision was made to adjourn the session, with plans to reconvene next Tuesday.
