Iran: The Iranian Ambassador to Baghdad, Mohammad Kadhim Al-Sadiq, declared that Iraq’s involvement in the funeral ceremonies for Imam Sayyid Ali Khamenei showcased the unity and brotherhood between Iraq and Iran.

According to Iraqi News Agency, Al-Sadiq expressed his gratitude for the participation of Iraqi officials, tribal sheikhs, scholars, and citizens in the funeral ceremonies. He emphasized that this participation reflected the strong bond and solidarity between the Iraqi and Iranian peoples. Al-Sadiq shared these sentiments in a post on X, highlighting the historic and dignified nature of the event.
