Baghdad: The Iraqi resistance affirmed its readiness to participate in the investigation into the repeated attacks, especially those targeting infrastructure and national resources, clarifying that targeting any civilian sites is not on its agenda.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, in a statement issued regarding the attack on Kormor gas field in Sulaimaniyah, it said, "The accusations leveled against Iraqi resistance factions by biased media outlets are orchestrated by malicious entities seeking to muddy the waters and cover up a regional conflict." The statement emphasized that "targeting any civilian sites is not on the resistance's agenda, and its weapons are always directed against the occupation."

The statement further added, "The Iraqi resistance is prepared to participate in the investigation into the repeated attacks, particularly those targeting infrastructure and national resources. It has previously offered its readiness to be part of the air defense system and to secure Iraqi airspace, ultimately achieving full national sovereignty."
