Baghdad – Muhammad Al-Halbousi, Speaker of the House of Representatives, met with the French Ambassador to Iraq, Eric Chevalier, to discuss the continuation of the strategic partnership agreement between Iraq and France.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, their meeting covered enhancing bilateral relations and cooperation between the two countries. They also addressed the situation in the Gaza Strip and the humanitarian crisis, emphasizing the need for the international community to intervene to halt the conflict and provide relief materials.
