Amman: Today, the Iraqi women’s volleyball team faces Qatar in a new match in the West Asian Volleyball Championship. The Iraqi women’s national volleyball team continued its training in the Jordanian capital, Amman, in preparation for its match against Qatar this afternoon, Saturday, at the Sports Palace, as part of the second round of the third West Asian Women’s Volleyball Championship.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the team’s performance in the championship has been closely watched after their first match against Lebanon. The match ended in a close defeat, with the Iraqi team losing three sets to two. The scores were (25-14), (22-25), (14-25), (7-15), and (26-28). Despite the loss, the team’s performance was noted for its competitiveness and determination.
