Baghdad: Iraq’s oil exports to America recorded an increase during the past week.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the US Energy Information Administration stated that the average US imports of crude oil during the past week from nine major countries amounted to 6.064 million barrels per day, up by 109 thousand barrels per day from the previous week, which amounted to 5.964 million barrels per day.
It added that Iraq’s oil exports to America amounted to 218 thousand barrels per day last week, up by 66 thousand barrels per day from the previous week, which amounted to 152 thousand barrels per day. It indicated that the most noticeable US oil imports during the past week came from Canada, followed by Venezuela, then Colombia and Saudi Arabia.
It indicated that the usual amount of US imports of crude oil continues from Mexico, Nigeria, Brazil, and Libya daily.
