Iraq’s Weather: Clear Skies and Continued High Temperatures Expected

Baghdad: The Iraqi Meteorological Organization predicted on Friday that the weather across the country will be clear and temperatures will continue to rise over the next four days. According to National Iraqi News Agency, a statement from the organization indicated that Saturday's weather will be clear, with temperatures similar to the previous day. The maximum temperatures for Saturday in all Iraqi governorates are as follows: Dohuk 41°C, Sulaimaniyah and Erbil 43°C, Anbar, Kirkuk, and Anbar 44°C, Nineveh and Diyala 45°C, Baghdad, Salah al-Din, Karbala, and Najaf 47°C, Babylon and Muthanna 48°C, and Wasit, Diwaniyah, Maysan, Dhi Qar, and Basra 49°C. The statement added that Sunday's weather will be generally clear with some clouds appearing occasionally in the southern region, and temperatures will be similar to the previous day. Furthermore, it indicated that Monday's weather will be generally clear, with temperatures rising slightly in the central and northern regions and remaining similar in the south. The forecast concluded by explaining that Tuesday's weather will be generally clear with some clouds in the northern region, and temperatures will be similar to those recorded the previous day.
