Israeli Airstrike Near Beirut Hospital Results in 13 Fatalities and Scores of Injuries


BEIRUT: An Israeli airstrike near the Hariri Hospital in Beirut’s Jnah area has led to the deaths of 13 individuals, including a child, and left dozens injured, according to a statement from the Public Health Emergency Operations Center, operating under the Ministry of Public Health.

According to National News Agency – Lebanon, the incident has resulted in 57 injuries, with 17 individuals in need of hospitalization. Among those hospitalized, seven are reported to be in critical condition. The airstrike has also inflicted substantial damage on Hariri Hospital, complicating emergency response operations and impacting the hospital’s capacity to provide critical care in the aftermath of the attack.
