Israeli Army Intercepts Missile Launched from Yemen

Jerusalem: The Israeli army announced today, Wednesday, the interception of a missile launched from Yemen. The army's initial report confirmed the detection of the missile targeting Israeli territory, prompting the activation of air defense systems to neutralize the threat. Citizens have been urged to adhere to the Home Front Command's defense instructions.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, air raid sirens blared across various regions in Israel after the missile launch. The Home Front Command reported that sirens were specifically heard in the Central District and the Jerusalem area, including the city itself and surrounding areas such as Beit Shemesh, Ma'ale Adumim, Mevaseret Zion, Beitar Illit, Kiryat Arba, and Hebron.

The Israeli army later confirmed the successful interception of the missile by the Israeli Air Force, effectively neutralizing the threat from Yemen.
