Tel aviv: Israeli artillery shelling targeted several areas in southern Lebanon. The Lebanese National News Agency reported that fires broke out in the town of Zawtar al-Sharqiya as a result of the shelling.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, successive explosions were heard, accompanied by heavy machine gun fire from the western outskirts of the town. The shelling also targeted the towns of Mansouri, Majdal Zoun, and Beit al-Sayyad in southern Lebanon.
