Israeli Forces Arrest Medical Staff and Patients at Gaza Hospital

GAZA CITY: Israeli forces have arrested medical staff and several patients at Kamal Adwan Hospital in the northern Gaza Strip, raising alarms from local health officials and international agencies. The Palestinian Ministry of Health has made an urgent plea to international and United Nations organizations, calling for immediate intervention to protect those within the hospital. According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Ministry of Health reported that the male medical staff, along with a number of injured and ill individuals, were taken into custody by the occupying forces. The report also indicated that women were being held in a room within the hospital without access to food or water, highlighting concerns about the treatment of detainees. Additionally, the World Health Organization issued a warning last week about the dire nutritional situation facing children in the Gaza Strip, revealing that approximately 15,000 children are suffering from malnutrition.
