BEIRUT: In a series of night raids carried out by Israeli forces, 19 individuals were killed and 35 others were injured in Lebanon's southern and eastern regions, according to the Lebanese Health Ministry. The attacks targeted the governorates of Nabatieh, the south, and Baalbek-Hermel. According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Lebanese Ministry of Health reported the casualties resulting from the Israeli operations, which have heightened tensions in the region. The affected governorates are among those frequently involved in cross-border hostilities, exacerbating the humanitarian situation and increasing the burden on local medical facilities.
