Jordan: Jordan and the European Union affirmed their strong rejection of any Israeli attempts to annex Palestinian lands in the West Bank. They also affirmed their rejection of the annexation of settlements established by Israel illegally and the displacement of Palestinians from their lands.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, in a joint statement issued at the conclusion of the bilateral summit in Jordan, the two sides expressed their deep concern regarding the deteriorating situation in the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, and the acts of violence. The statement also called on Israel to abandon its settlement plan in the E1 area, which "undermines the two-state solution," stressing the need to adhere to the historical and legal status quo of the holy sites in Jerusalem.
