Baghdad: The president of the Supreme Judicial Council, Faiq Zidan, discussed joint legal issues with Iran’s Judiciary Chief Gholamhossein Mohseni Ejei on Tuesday.
According to Iraqi News Agency, a statement from the Supreme Judicial Council noted that Zidan, accompanied by a delegation, met with Ejei, who is the Chief of the judiciary of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The discussions centered on a number of judicial and legal issues of common interest between the two countries, as outlined in the statement.
