Baghdad: The judiciary has successfully recovered 19 billion Iraqi dinars in a significant financial corruption case. This recovery was facilitated by the investigative court specializing in integrity cases in Rusafa.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Judicial Council announced in a press release that the substantial sum was retrieved as part of ongoing investigations. The case in question involves the manipulation of deposit slips associated with Iraqi Airways, pointing towards serious financial misconduct.
