Baghdad: The judiciary has officially denied the issuance of an arrest warrant against the director of the oil products branch in Muthanna. This clarification comes amidst circulating reports suggesting otherwise. According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Supreme Judicial Council released a statement emphasizing that its media center had detected the spread of a fraudulent arrest warrant on social media. This warrant, falsely attributed to the Muthanna Investigation Court specializing in integrity cases, was confirmed to be forged and without any legal standing after direct communication with the court. The Supreme Judicial Council further warned individuals involved in the dissemination and creation of such false documents, asserting that they would face legal action for their involvement in these illicit activities.
