Karbala: The Governor of Karbala, Nassif Jassim Al-Khattabi, met with the German Ambassador to Iraq, Daniel Krieber, to discuss ways to enhance cooperation.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Governor emphasized the high level of confidence in German industries and their advanced technology, which can contribute to supporting development projects within the province.

During the meeting, they also discussed opening avenues of cooperation with Germany in various fields. The Governor highlighted the province's potential and capabilities in the agricultural, tourism, and industrial sectors, as well as the health sector, which is witnessing significant development through the importation of modern medical equipment and the opening of hospitals and specialized centers.
