Karbala: Members of Parliament representing Karbala Governorate affirmed their full support for the Iraqi security forces in all their formations, including the Popular Mobilization Forces, in defending Iraq’s autonomy and protecting the security of its citizens. In a statement issued Thursday, the MPs called on the Iraqi government to take the necessary diplomatic and legal measures to protect the country’s autonomy and prevent the recurrence of these American violations and Israeli attacks.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the MPs emphasized the importance of adopting a language of dialogue and de-escalation to avoid further escalation that could destabilize the region. They pledged to hold a demonstration inside Parliament during Saturday’s session to urge the swift formation of a government to address the current challenges.
