Baghdad: The office of Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei denied on Saturday the accuracy of a report published by an American newspaper regarding the Iranian Supreme Leader naming a successor.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, The New York Times quoted “well-informed Iranian sources who declined to be identified” as saying that “Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei has named his successors in the event of his assassination.”
