Kirkuk: The Kirkuk Governorate administration has announced a comprehensive security and service plan to observe the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Zain al-Abidin (peace be upon him) in the Daquq District. This plan aims to ensure the safety and comfort of visitors who are expected to arrive from both Kirkuk and neighboring governorates.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Kirkuk Governor Mohammed Saman Agha detailed that the plan will involve securing all entrances to the district to manage the influx of visitors. The service plan will see the deployment of various units, including those from the municipality, water services, sewage management, health departments, emergency medical services, and the Red Crescent. Furthermore, the Ministry of Communications will provide free internet access to enhance the experience of the visitors, who will also be welcomed and hosted by the local administration.

The initiative underscores the governorate’s commitment to facilitating a smooth and respectful commemoration of the martyrdom anniversary, ensuring both logistical support and security measures are in place for the large gathering expected.
