Istanbul: The Kremlin announced that a Russian delegation, led by Medinsky, is on its way to Istanbul for the third round of direct negotiations with Ukraine, scheduled to take place today.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Kremlin highlighted that these discussions are expected to be challenging, as the current draft memoranda concerning the conflict’s settlement are completely contradictory. The ongoing negotiations aim to align these documents in anticipation of a potential meeting between Russian President Putin and Ukrainian President Zelensky.

The Kremlin also commented on the situation in Ukraine, mentioning concerns over corruption and the misappropriation of Western funds received by Kyiv. The claims suggest significant portions of these funds have been diverted improperly.
