Kuwait city: The Foreign Minister announced the release of the Iraqi fishermen detained in Kuwait. Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein stated from Kuwait that the relevant Kuwaiti authorities have agreed to release the Iraqi fishermen who were detained last week by the Kuwaiti coast guard.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs revealed that the fishermen will arrive in Basra Governorate today, Thursday. They will be accompanied by the governor of Basra after the completion of the procedures for their release.
