Baghdad: A terrorist plot to target a vital facility in Kuwait was foiled. The Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior announced the thwarting of the plot, which was aimed at a significant location in the country. The ministry confirmed that the State Security apparatus successfully intervened to prevent the attack.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the ministry revealed in a statement that a citizen affiliated with the ISIS terrorist organization was apprehended before he could execute his plan. The swift action by the authorities ensured the safety of the targeted facility and prevented potential harm.
